HY426ABS adhesive is an ideal material for bonding rubber, leather, canvas, plastic, wood, fireproof board, painted board, porous absorbent materials, and other materials.
Operational matters:
1. Oil adhesive construction process: Clean and dry the surface to be bonded, and evenly apply two coats of adhesive on both surfaces with a brush; Spray glue into the spray gun and evenly spray glue on both surfaces. After the coating dries according to the specified schedule, align the two bonding surfaces and bond them together. It is necessary to use a pressure roller to roll the bonding area to ensure that the bonding surface is 100% firmly bonded. It can only be used after 2 hours of bonding
2. Construction process of water-based adhesive: Clean the surface to be bonded, spray the adhesive evenly on both surfaces, align and bond within the drying time, and compact. Completely cured after 24 hours. (Request specific operating procedures from the manufacturer)
3. Avoid construction in humid environments below 15 ℃ and above 90% humidity
4. Apply glue in a well ventilated environment
5. Oil glue should be stored in a cool and low-temperature place with a shelf life of one year
6. The water-based adhesive is stored in a sealed manner at 5-40 ℃, with a shelf life of 6 months.
