This product meets environmental requirements and does not contain harmful substances in GB18583 "Limits of Hazardous Substances in Adhesives for Interior Decoration Materials". It complies with EU ROHS and REACH environmental standards.

Curing mechanism:
  The curing method of methyl silicone rubber sealant belongs to moisture absorbing curing adhesive. Once the colloid is opened, it absorbs moisture from the air and gradually solidifies from the surface to the deeper layers, becoming an elastic body. The higher the temperature and humidity, the faster the curing process; The curing speed is slow in low temperature and low humidity environments.
Application scope:
  Suitable for local packaging protection of electronic components, heating tubes, etc. on electronic circuit boards. HY581 is non corrosive to materials such as polycarbonate (PC) and copper.
Chemical resistant medium:
  The product can withstand freshwater, sewage, wastewater, calcium carbonate aqueous solution, cleaning agents, low acidity, corrosive aqueous solution, etc. for a long time, and can withstand mineral oil, vegetable oil, fat, fuel, etc. for a short time. It is not resistant to organic solvents, paint thinners, high concentrations of acid and alkali, etc.
usage method:
1. The joint surface should be free of oil stains, dust, impurities, etc;
2. Cut the glue nozzle into the required size and shape according to the process requirements;
3. Cut off the sealant seal, install the nozzle, and insert it into the glue gun;
4. Apply sealant evenly to the joint, with the thinnest part being greater than 1mm; When using a pneumatic gun, the air pressure should be controlled at 0.2~0.4Mpa;
5. After the product has dried, it can be repaired using traditional methods.
matters needing attention:
♦ Avoid construction in environments below 5 ℃ and humidity below 20%
♦ Pneumatic pressure must not exceed 0.5 Mpa. If exceeded, gas will enter the hard packaging tube and cause colloidal bubbles
♦ Due to the high solvent content in the coating, the adhesive surface may become soft. In order to achieve better appearance and performance, the adhesive should be applied after 24 hours of painting.

Storage method:
