1、 Characteristics and Applications

Has good resistance to high and low temperatures; After curing, it forms a transparent protective film with superior insulation, moisture resistance, leakage resistance, shock resistance, dust resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, corona resistance and other properties. Widely used for surface coating protection of electronic components.
HY590： Deoxime silicone, used for coating and protecting LED electronic components, not suitable for copper and PC materials.
HY590K： Modified acrylic acid, free of materials such as silicon, ketones, phenols, etc., blue under UV light, easy to detect.
HY590P： Modified acrylic acid, free of materials such as silicon, ketones, phenols, etc.

3、 Operation process
1. Fill the adhesive solution into the immersion bucket for immersion coating. The immersion speed of the circuit board or components should not be too fast to avoid the generation of bubbles.
2. When spraying, put the adhesive solution into the spray can and spray it. After spraying, clean the spray can with diluent.
If the viscosity of the adhesive is thick, it can be diluted with a diluent. The amount of diluent added is large, the viscosity of the glue is low, and the thickness of the glue coating is thin; On the contrary, the viscosity of the adhesive is high and the thickness of the coating is thick. The recommended amount of diluent to be added is 10-30%.
4、 Precautions
1. Unused glue should be sealed and stored. When reusing, if there is a crust on the sealing or surface, it can be removed without affecting normal use.
2. The construction site should have good ventilation facilities.
3. Store in a cool, dry and sealed place for a storage period of 6 months. After expiration and passing inspection, it can still be used.
