Application scope:
HY933MS sealant: used for sealing various welds and seams;
HY935MS sealant: high shear strength, used for general material bonding and sealing;
HY936MS adhesive: High strength, used for bonding and sealing various materials.
Product Features:
Solvent free, PVC free, isocyanate free, non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free, neutral and environmentally friendly.
The surface has good paintability and is compatible with most industrial paints. After the surface dries, it can be painted without affecting the curing speed.
Excellent thixotropy and extrusion properties, suitable for a wide temperature range.
No need for primer, suitable for most metals such as aluminum and painted steel plates, as well as glass PVC、ABS、 Polyester materials have excellent adhesive properties.
Excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, and superior tensile and compressive recovery.
Curing mechanism:
MS sealant is formed by the hydrolysis and dealcoholization of silane and moisture in the air, followed by condensation, and belongs to the category of moisture absorbing curing adhesive. Once the colloid is opened, it absorbs moisture from the air and gradually solidifies from the surface to the deeper layers, becoming an elastic body. The higher the temperature and humidity, the faster the curing process; The curing speed is slow in low temperature and low humidity environments.

Storage method:
MS sealant absorbs moisture and solidifies, and must be stored in a low-temperature dry environment. The shelf life of the soft package is 6 months, and the shelf life of the hard package is 3 months.
